Our Mission

As the Department of Art Teaching, Bartın University, our mission is to train art teachers who are faithful to Ataturk's Principles and Revolutions, who are aware of their rights and responsibilities , who have social awareness and developed social and cultural values, who have the necessary  professional competence, who are sensitive to artistic activities, who can think critically and creatively and who are democratic, intellectual in the direction of the general aims of the Turkish National Education , in order to make our country be one of the modern countries.

Our Vision

Our vision is to educate qualified art teachers who have gained the intellectual identity and whom our country needs in every field from science and technology to art, and to maintain the concept of education which always aims to develop in art, design and science, by preserving the contemporary and original structure which it has created.
